At Nebius Academy, the educational and research arm of Nebius, I created the brand from the ground up, grounding it in market research and building it as a scalable design system. The system now underpins every asset across marketing, sales, curriculum and product. I initiated end-to-end AI workflows that let four teams produce on-brand materials themselves, which removed design as a bottleneck. Beyond the core brand, I led the visual direction for the Nebius certification program and for Nebius Science, the company's research media lab, and designed the full identity for AI DNA, the Academy's first major conference. I also manage a designer, which has shifted my role from producing the work to directing it.
